· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline.
· 3 years experience working on projects for the State of California
· 4 years relevant software development work experience
· 3 years of experience using C#, VB.NET, and .NET framework, Dot Net Nuke, SharePoint or Equivalent Portal experience
· Web Service development and XML
· MS SQL Server/Transact SQL
· Stored procedure coding
· 3 years of experience using version control system, e.g. Microsoft Visual Source Safe (VSS)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.
