The California National Guard was faced with the business requirement of updating their website to the latest California template.   The goal was to provide citizens with an easier to use interface with enhanced self service applications.

Kiefer Consultling, Inc. selected to provide SharePoint 2007 mentoring services as well provide their California SharePoint 2007 templates to complete the site in less than 45 days.  Working with the California National Guard team they accomplished the task of software installation, configuration, content migration and publication.
