We recently came across an excellent article in Forbes called, How to Establish a Culture of Employee Engagement.
We were intrigued by the article because we agree with the author and recognize the importance of employee engagement. The article also caught our attention because we are firm believers in the idea that technology can play a significant role in an organizations ability to engage employees.
The article mentions an alarming statistic, it states that only 32% of employees in the United States are engaged, according to a Gallup poll. Plainly put, this means that over two-thirds of employees nationwide are disengaged with their work.
The Forbes article shares 5 things organizations can do to improve employee engagement. We think that all 5 can play a role in improving morale and engagement.
