As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we think about all the things we are thankful for.
At Kiefer Consulting, we are a small, tight knit team, that takes pride in our work and are appreciative of the opportunities that we have to help clients. We wanted to take just a moment to express our thanks and gratitude to our clients and the trust that they have put in us to help them in modernizing the workplace, better managing data, or helping them reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
Over the last year, we have had the opportunity to work with a number of new clients. These customers typically found us through Google and took a chance on us. One thing that we consistently recognize, is that clients gravitate to our genuine and authentic approach to helping them solve their business challenge. Before any engagement, we’ll schedule a half hour call with the customer to talk about the business challenge and their expectations. If we are not confident that we can help them solve the problem, or if their expectations are unrealistic, we let them know. This approach has served us well.
One of the things we are most proud of at Kiefer, is the number of customers that elect to do business with us again. We believe that clients bring us back because they know our team, they recognize the value of team chemistry, and they know we have a track record of successful project delivery.
