Our Associate Consultant assists with using industry leading technologies to provide a variety of customer facing deliverables in the public and private sector, while developing advanced customer relationship and professional business skills.

Associate Consultant Tasks   

  • Learn new technologies by engaging with other consultants, clients and self-directed training 
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of SharePoint rollouts 
  • Assist with customizing and configuring SharePoint 
  • Assist with building and deploying workflows 
  • Assist with defining information architecture and taxonomies 
  • Build documentation and review proposals 
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions while providing excellent customer service 
  • Learn the basics of software analysis and design 
  • Become a data analyst by gathering business data to make recommendations for projects 
  • Participate in technical presentations to internal staff and clients 
  • Develop and execute a training plan, corporate goals and objectives plan and career plan 

Qualifications 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience 
  • 1+ years experience in IT 
  • Special interest in IT and Project Management related work
