As we wrap up our 31st year in business, I’d like to take some time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished this past year. It was a great year for us at Kiefer, marked by some significant changes in how we operate as an organization and in how we work with our clients.

By leveraging the Project Readiness Assessment, project managers can engage in open and candid conversation with project sponsors and other project stakeholders.

At the recent Microsoft partner event, Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, spoke about a philosophy that is driving Microsoft’s approach. This philosophy is called tech intensity.
