Mr. Peper is a SharePoint solution and infrastructure architect; with over fourteen (14) years experience implementing enterprise web content management solutions. He led the implementation of SharePoint solutions for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Public Health. Most recently, as the solution architect for the CalPERS intranet, He also was responsible for deploying the infrastructure, designing advanced capabilities and implementing workflows and publishing process.
Mr. Peper has expertise in SharePoint customization, workflows and user profile integration. He is well versed in overall solution design and development activities, including custom workflows, publishing features and ensuring seamless migration of existing website features. He has also implementing customized user experience features, integration of third party products and ensuring cross-platform and device delivery capabilities.
Mr. Peper's experience architecting, installing and configuring different SharePoint environments for many clients can be leveraged to apply best practices to any new SharePoint platform. His public sector delivery experience, coupled with his being a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, fosters communication and knowledge transfer across the extended team through the duration of the project.
